soarcareers.com is the property of Soar Consulting, Inc., hereafter referred to as SOAR. SOAR is committed to confidentiality and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement outlines how information is gathered and used, indicates who receives information from this site and informs you how to modify your data stored in the SOAR system. We have created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.
Information Gathering and Use
Personal contact information acquired through candidate registration (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc...) is gathered to provide SOAR and its representatives with the data needed to promote you as a candidate for current and future job openings with our clients.
Each candidate profile is tied to your e-mail address, either directly submitted to SOAR or sourced from various on-line resources. Our site's resume submission form requires users to give us resume and contact information. We will never distribute, for profit or any other reason, your personal contact information to any third party, outside the scope of attempting to provide you suitable employment, without your express written consent. Information may also be used by us to contact applicants when necessary. Your email address is not made available on our public website.
Additional Types of Information Gathered
We use your IP address to help track use patterns and diagnose problems with web hosting and administration. The SOAR website logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives us an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. Many of the activities on our site, including, but not limited to, searching for jobs, viewing jobs, and using our free candidate resources are logged. We monitor the logged data for administrative purposes and accumulate this data into statistical access log reports to view growth trends.
When you log on to our site, you are directed to a web based application hosted by a third party whose web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers have used the service previously. Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally; they merely recognize your browser. There are two types of Cookies: session and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you've closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser. Our web based system uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows SOAR to process your transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you've logged in and are required in order to use the SOAR application. The application uses persistent cookies to identify the fact that you are a SOAR user. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be unable to use all aspects of our service.
Who Receives Candidate Information
Candidate information is directed to SOAR employees who analyze the data and determine whether the registrant is suitable for current or future job openings. Your information will not be shared with other recruiters or organizations outside of SOAR. Any information provided through SOAR is strictly confidential and intended for the sole use of SOAR employees working toward your job placement and the enhancement of your career. Your resume and basic contact information will only be submitted to potential employers by SOAR in efforts to secure your employment.

If you want to remove your profile from our database, simply send us an e-mail using the link below with a subject line indicating a Request For Profile Deletion.
